12FebClint McLeod to Steve Jobs: “Just Tell The Truth That You’re Lying!”

Steve Jobs is the head of Apple.  He is responsible for things like the Apple IIE, The Newton, and the IPod.

Clint McLeod is a teacher, with a blog, that has been accused of being the “media” by one of his readers.

These 2 names shouldn’t be said together.  One has made a vast fortune for his company, the other drives a Focus.  But where these paths cross, is that I can prove that Steve Jobs is full of it.

The other night my wife and I decide to buy a movie.  DirecTV didn’t have much on Pay Per View, except for some Shawn Michaels documentary, and as much as anybody loves the “Heartbreak Kid,” I ain’t paying to see that.  So we decide to take the XBox Live plunge and download Stardust in HD.  It’s 5.8 gigs.  After about 15 minutes, it still hasn’t buffered, so we give up on it for that night, and decide to tune into a Marc Summers marathon on FoodTV.

This brings me back to Jobs who claims I’ll be able to stream HD content instantly with AppleTV.  Unless Jobs is going to pay AT&T to increase my bandwidth, the man is a liar.  I ain’t watching Standard Def, Steve, cause as my grandmother always told me “Standard Def is for Sissies.”  So, apparently Jobs is a fraud, or just a business man who writes checks his body can’t cash (a gold star for the first person that writes in the comments what movie that is from).  Maybe you suckered my electronics-aholic brother into buying your Apple TV, but I ain’t buying it Stevie, unless you up my bandwidth, in which case you would be showered with praise on TVDeuce.  But just admit you’re lying.
